What gets me out of bed in the morning, is that I want to be the best version of myself all the time and that doesn’t happen if I’m in bed and not chasing what I want to do! Right now I’m currently working on my current fights coming up to finish this year, this is what motivates me to be the best version of myself! .
Q2) Do you have any habits or routines you follow …and what benefit do these bring for you?
Something that I like to do maybe once or twice a week, is go to an ice bath, sauna and steam room. These bring massive benefits to my body since I’m training hard and it fixes my aches and pains. Gives me a clear head after doing this also!

Go hard or go home. I like this because in the fighting game if you are soft or have no heart you will lose

Always been taught from a young age, if you give it your all and even if you lose you'll learn from the mistake and not fail. Which makes you come back stronger
Q8) Looking at the arts, are there any specific films, songs, pieces of art, plays, books or podcasts that you have enjoyed/resonate with you, that you in turn, would recommend?
I love to listen to music. Depends what kind of mood I'm in will decide what kind of music I'm listening to, it's varies a lot between, hip-hop, Latin music, techno. There is an infamous movie I watched named ‘A Prayer Before Dawn’ which is about a man who gets in trouble in Thailand, ends up in jail and has to fight his way out by doing Muay Thai fights. I don’t know why but this really made me want to come to Thailand! I would 100% recommend this movie to people, it’s my favourite one and it’s a based on real life events.
Q9) Bucket list / Travel. Can you recall your best holiday & what made it so? I.e. Is there anything/anywhere you have experienced that you highly recommend and anything/anywhere on your list you have still to do/go and visit?
For my best holiday it has to be Thailand. I’ve loved it so much it feels like home. I would love to visit South America and travel around there, that’s on the bucket list! I recommend when in Thailand to go and watch a Muay Thai fight in the stadiums. You will not be disappointed.
Q10) Your last supper. What dish are you eating (and why?)? & who are having it with (and why)? (Other than your immediate family, can be a person dead or alive or a fictional character)
Full English breakfast, because I’ve not eaten one in so long and they are unreal to eat. And i would have to have it with Conor McGregor! role model
Q11) What is your own definition of success / Your own vision of happiness / What’s your NorthStar?
Success to me is when your body is healthy and happy. And when you have that other things come along with that success, like being the best fighter I can, having a beautiful girlfriend and money. But having a small but good circle of friends and family will always be a happiness to me as well.
